Cuvée af Pinot Gris og Pinot Noir med en genial balance mellem syre og sødme. Raffineret med mild frugtagtig aroma af lyserød peber, den gennemtrængende sødme af angelikarod og rosmarin. Typisk bordeaux-stil rosé i farven, der kombinerer smag af bitter appelsin, en mild krydret smag og en urtekarakter med sarte bitre noter i en lang og flydende finish.
