Andersen Winery “Galadriel” 2022

Belle de Boskoop æbler og Samyn Hyldeblomster gæres på ståltank ved lav temperatur efterfulgt af anden gæring på flasken. Herefter modnes vinen på gær i flasken min. 12 mdr. inden de degorgeres. De autolytiske noter fra modningstiden på gær sammen med det frugtige Belle de Boskoop og Hyldeblomsterne udmunder i en floralsk, stringent og indbydende mousserende vin, som udover hyld kan byde på noter, som man kender fra flotte Sauvignon blanc og gewürtztraminer.

Vinen bør serveres som en udsøgt aperitif, eller til fisk, skaldyr og oste.
